Whatever you need removed, here is how to do it. We complete every request within 30 days and confirm by email.
If you are a MyProperti agent
Open Settings → Account → Delete account in the app. This permanently removes your account, your connected ad account tokens, your campaigns and your enquiry records.
You can also email hello@myproperti.in from your registered address and we will do it for you.
Deleting your account does not delete campaigns already created in your own Meta or Google ad account. Those remain yours and can be paused or deleted directly in Ads Manager.
If you want to disconnect one ad account only
Open Settings → Connections and choose Disconnect next to the platform. Your access tokens are deleted immediately and we stop reading any data from that account. Your MyProperti account and your existing enquiries stay intact.
You can also revoke our access from the platform's own settings — on Facebook, under Settings → Apps and Websites.
If you submitted an enquiry about a property
If you filled in a form after seeing an advertisement and want your details removed, email hello@myproperti.in with the phone number you used. You do not need an account with us.
We will find your record, delete it, and instruct the agent who received it to do the same. If you would rather simply not be contacted again, say so and we will mark the record accordingly.
